As such, all content accessible through our platform is entirely fictional and does not portray actual persons.

Because no real human beings are featured or engaged in any of the content creation, the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. Section 2257) does not apply to BeCraved AI. We are not required to maintain records of age verification or other related documentation under this law.
